Pacific Pickle Works

Pacific Pickle Works pickles are all natural and hand crafted in Santa Barbara using produce grown from California. There are several varieties to choose from, including the original favorite crunchy spicy spears, pickled beans and asparagus, and Unbeetable Beets.

Bradley Bennett has been making his spicy blend of pickles for friends and family from his kitchen in Santa Barbara, since 2001. Pacific Pickle Works was founded by Bennett and Emi Umezawa and first appeared in Santa Barbara stores in 2011.

Many local stores carry the line, including C’est Cheese, Il Fustino, Isabella Gourmet Foods, Lazy Acres Market, Metropulos Fine Foods Merchant and Tri-County Produce. Make an unbeetable appetizer by toasting something crispy and then spread a dab of creamy goat cheese, add a leaf of fresh sweet basil leaf and top with a Unbeetable beet slice.

Carriots of Fire add the perfect zing to kick up a Vietnamese Banh-Mi sandwich. Layer marinated grilled steak on a baguette and top with sliced cucumbers and cilantro. Don’t forget the spicy mayo! Cauli-Flower Power is simply a ‘pickledelic’ experience. Eat these little gems straight from the jar or combine with a platter of other Pacific Pickle Works vegetables for a totally far out party.

You’ll be stoked you don’t have to go to the south any more to get your hands on some pickled okra. These crisp Stokra pods will burst with flavor and spice when you crunch into them.

Fenn Shui is like no other pickle you’ve ever tasted. This sliced fennel root is pickled in a rice vinegar blended brine and seasoned only with a touch of ginger root, citrus zest, and thai chiles. Use as an alternative to grilled onions on a gourmet burger topped with gruyere cheese on a toasted brioche bun.

You’ll never make another Bloody Mary without this elixir once you’ve tried it. Mix this secret sauce with your favorite tomato juice to make the perfect Bloody Mary and then garnish it with Jalabeaños and Asparagusto. Made from their very own all-natural Worcestershire sauce.
