Industrial EATS in Buellton

Wood fired ovens, kraft butcher shop, tap wines and beers, killer pies…and the coolest coffee machine on the central coast. Jeff and Janet Olsson, owners of New West Catering, have opened Industrial Eats in Buellton, serving wood-fired veggies and pizzas, and a deli case filled with exceptional imported cheeses, cured meats, cuts of rare game, and fresh fish for take-out.

A casual, open room with farm tables provide communal seating for a few dozen diners.  The antique Salvatore espresso machine at Industrial Eats was specially refitted by local craftsman Salvatore Cisaria. The menu changes often, with an innovative selection of pizzas and specialty dishes like octopus, chorizo, shisito or smoked pheasant with basil and peaches. Everything is prepared in the wood fired ovens, using fresh ingredients from local suppliers.

The craft butcher shop’s refrigerated case displays everything from duck confit to house-made bacon.

The restaurant and craft butcher shop is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
