C’est Cheese Cafe Opens in Santa Barbara

C’est Cheese Cafe’s focus is on quality and flavor. “We’ll be preparing as much in-house as possible in order to deliver the freshest, highest quality products,” state owners Kathryn and Michael Graham. They combined all the great cheeses and meats carried in C’est Cheese’s original shop with the spectacular produce that is grown in the surrounding area to create tasty breakfast and lunch dishes.

Kouign-Amann (quickly becoming their signature pastry) pronounced “queen- ahmann”, Smoked Salmon on Toasted Rye

In the Pastry Case – offering several gluten-free items. They bake all of their own pastries, from scones to Kouign Amann (impossible to pronounce, but amazing to eat!), as well as serving espresso & coffee from local roasters, Castle Coffee Co.

In the Deli Case…right now you can find grab n’ go sandwiches, salads, & cheese plates, great snack foods such as hummus, marinated olives, & pickles, as well as sides such as kale salad, couscous salad, white bean salad, & egg salad.
