Santa Barbara's guide to what's new and undiscovered for home and garden, entertaining, style and travel. The resource guide below lists local happenings, boutique finds, travel destinations, food artisans and design professionals.

Best of Paso Robles Wine Country

Paso Robles is in the middle of the Central Coast wine-growing region with organic farms and a plentiful supply of seafood. It’s become a destination for chefs enthralled by the wealth of ranchers and food artisans selling organic produce fruits, grass-fed meats, virgin olive oil, artisan cheese and a variety of freshly caught seafood.

Foodie tourists have discovered talented, well-known chefs (many are transplants from popular restaurants in New York and Los Angeles) who have created a culinary hot spot, similar to what is found in the Napa Valley area. Here’s a list of best inns, wineries, organic growers and restaurants to visit during this weekend tour aimed at foodies and wine lovers.
